SALAD: Lynn’s Cucumber and Garbanzo Bean Salad
1 14oz. can Garbanzo beans, drain
1 cucumber, diced
1 large Vidalia onion, chopped
2 large, fresh tomatoes, cubed
Salt and pepper, to taste
Grapes & Olives On Tap Cran Orange Balsamic Vinegar
Grapes & Olives On Tap Basil Olive Oil
Combine all ingredients and mix with Cran Orange Balsamic Vinegar and Basil Olive Oil. The tomatoes in this recipe could be diced, the onions minced, and themixture could be spread on toasted bread as a crostini topping.
