DESSERT: Linda’s Lemon Bars

2 ¼ cups Flour, separated
½ cup Powdered Sugar
¾ cup Grapes & Olives On Tap Meyer Lemon Olive Oil
4 Eggs
2 cups Granulated Sugar
1/3 cup fresh Lemon Juice
½ tsp. Baking Powder

Mix together 2 cups of the flour and the powdered sugar. Stir in Meyer Lemon Olive Oil. Press mixture into a greased 9x13 pan and bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes (until lightly browned).  Remove from oven, leaving oven on. Beat together the eggs, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Sift together and add the remaining ¼ of flour and the baking powder. Pour mixture over baked crust and return to oven for 25 minutes. When cool, sprinkle with Powdered Sugar and cut into squares.
