Boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts or Thighs
Salt
Pepper
Apricot Preserves
Pecans, ground or finely chopped
Grapes & Olives On Tap Pecan Praline Balsamic Vinegar
Season chicken breasts or thighs with salt and pepper. Coat each chicken piece with apricot preserves. Roll in ground or finely chopped pecans. Place in a baking dish and drizzle with Pecan Praline Balsamic Vinegar. Bake at 375°F for 30-40 minutes. Remove from oven and drizzle again with Pecan Praline Balsamic Vinegar before serving.
