DESSERT: Fruit Salad with Raspberry and Strawberry Dressing
1 cup fresh or frozen Raspberries
½ cup Ricotta Cheese
1 Tbsp. Honey (or to taste)
½ cup plain Yogurt
6 cups mixed Fresh Fruit Chunks
Grapes & Olives On Tap Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar
Puree the raspberries in a food processor or blender, along with the ricotta and honey. Stir in the yogurt until blended. Pour dressing over fruit; drizzle with Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar.
