APPETIZER: Asparagus with Prosciutto
Grapes & Olives On Tap Blood Orange Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. Kosher Salt
Black Pepper, coarsely ground
Prosciutto, thinly sliced (same quantity as asparagus spears)
Parmigiano Cheese, freshly grated
Preheat oven to 450°F. Wash asparagus and snap off hard ends of spears. Toss with Blood Orange Olive Oil to coat; add salt and pepper to taste. Place spears in single layer on baking pan. Bake until browned but still firm, about 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven, cool slightly. Arrange 3 asparagus spears on each individual serving plate. Drape spears with prosciutto. Drizzle each plate with additional Blood Orange Olive Oil, then sprinkle with black pepper and top with grated Parmigiano cheese.
