MAIN DISH: Alejandro’s Blood Orange Shrimp
Grapes & Olives On Tap Blood Orange Olive Oil
Black Pepper, freshly ground
Place shrimp in a ziplock bag and coat with Blood Orange Olive Oil. Add
sea salt and black pepper. Marinate for 20 minutes to 2 hours in the refrigerator turning every once in awhile. Remove from the bag and thread on skewers. Grill for approx. 3 minutes per side (until pink.) Remove from skewers and place on a plate with orange slices. Drizzle with Blood Orange Olive Oil. Serve with picks as an appetizer or plate as a main dish.
