SALAD: Linda’s Tomato Onion Salad
1 ½ lbs. ripe Tomatoes, cored and chopped coarsely
1 medium Red Onion, chopped finely
½ cup fresh Basil Leaves, chopped
1/3 cup Grapes & Olives On Tap Basil Olive Oil
Black Pepper, freshly ground
Combine the tomatoes, onion and basil in a bowl. Drizzle with Basil Olive Oil and toss. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Let stand at least ½ hour. Best served at room temperature.
