Grilled Pineapple

"Happy June GO Fans. The temperature is heating us, as is my grill. It’s the time to keep the kitchen cool and grill what you enjoy. I made grilled pineapple. Pineapple is a great fruit to grill and so versatile in flavor profiles that you can add. I grilled straight pineapple kebabs, but you can add red onion, red and orange pepper chunks, water chestnuts, or even chunks of chicken, beef, or pork. If you are using wood skewers, as I did, make sure to soak them for 30-60 minutes before putting on the grill. I brushed my pineapple with GO-On Tap Roasted Chili oo and some with Rosemary oo. You could use the Meyer Lemon, Blood Orange, Scallion, Persian Lime or Basil oo. Brush with the White Peach, White Lemon or Blueberry Balsamic, if you prefer more tanginess. No matter what you prefer, get outside, grill what’s good to you and remember to treat your tastebuds.”
